Job summary

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking a Senior Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day foodservice operations, lead a team, manage client relationships, and drive account profitability.

You will coordinate safety and sanitation programs, ensure high-quality meals, and align dining services with the facility's overall operations plan. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years leadership experience in foodservice.
• 2–4 years hands-on operational management with inventory and purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation.
• P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the department within the approved budget to maximize client value.
• Ensure the food offered is of superior quality.
• Direct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintain excellent relationships with guests and clients as well as other departments.
• Promote the professional growth and development of the team.
