Senior Lifestyle is seeking a dining services leader at Prairie Green at Fays Point to oversee day-to-day dining operations for residents. You will manage purchasing, budgeting, food production, and adherence to safety and diet guidelines while driving resident satisfaction and dining quality.

Responsibilities include enforcing policy, maintaining sanitation and compliance, and coordinating staff through hires, training, and scheduling to stay within labor budgets.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of food service experience required.
• Serv Safe or equivalent certifications required.
• Ability to multitask and manage staff effectively.
• Positive, professional attitude; clear direction.

Responsabilidades

• Follow Dining Policy and Procedures and ensure department compliance.
• Purchase of all dining food and nonfood items; achieve 95% DSSI ordering compliance.
• Balance and maintain budgets for raw food and supplies.
• Use standard recipes for food production.
• Ensure food served at proper temperature and portions per policy.
• Offer residents prescribed diets when applicable.
• Drive satisfaction by offering residents choice, dignity and independence in dining.
• Develop and implement operating and cleaning procedures for the department.
• Lead pre-meal dining stand-ups with service staff.
• Ensure compliance with health dept regulations; act as dietary representative.
• Ensure dining areas are clean and sanitation audits are completed.
• Interview, train, hire, discipline, and terminate dining staff.
• Oversee scheduling to maintain labor budget.
