The Aspenwood Company - The Village of Southampton is seeking friendly Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests in a vibrant independent living and assisted living community.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering meals, and maintaining a spotless dining room while upholding high standards of service and safety. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE CULINARY/DINING EXPERIENCE.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Must obtain an accredited food handler certification within 60 days, per State guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the dining room is spotless and beautifully set for meals and events.
• Greet residents and guests with a smile and seat them comfortably.
• Take orders, coordinate with kitchen, and deliver meals promptly.
• Ensure order accuracy, quality, and presentation.
• Respond to resident and guest requests to ensure a top-notch dining experience.
• Pour and refill drinks in a timely manner.
• Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with setting tables, clearing dishes, restocking inventory.
• Maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene per policies.
