Emerald Heights in Redmond, WA is seeking a skilled Dining Room Supervisor to lead our dining operations and oversee catering events across the campus. You will mentor staff, ensure a warm, professional dining experience for residents, and coordinate with the General Manager and Executive Chef to uphold high service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent English communication, and a passion for elder care. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in hospitality or restaurant management preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit and Class 12 Mixologist Permit or ability to obtain within six weeks.
• Strong leadership with experience in food and beverage settings.

Responsabilités

• Complete annual staff performance appraisal forms and provide feedback.
• Select, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; initiate disciplinary action when needed.
• Plan staffing and equipment to meet resident needs and services.
• Coordinate with committees and attend required meetings.
• Create warm, inviting dining room experiences and resolve resident concerns.
• Coordinate catering events and manage function sheets and calendars.
• Oversee setup, execution, and cleanup of catered events; maintain sanitation standards.
