Emerald Heights is a 5 star retirement community in Redmond, WA, seeking an Independent Dining Room Server to deliver superior dining service to residents and guests on campus. Shifts include a 3 PM–8 PM evening window and a day shift, with one weekend day required.

This on-site role operates like a restaurant, serving independent residents who live on campus. We provide 100% paid medical, dental and vision, employer-paid life insurance and AD&D for 30+ hours/week, plus a 403(b) with employer

Responsibilities

• Provides residents and guest with superior customer service.
• Takes residents’ and guests’ food orders, places food orders and servers requested items
• graciously with courtesy.
• Answers residents’ and guests’ menu questions.
• Maintains safe and sanitary conditions for dining rooms and staff work stations.
• Performs cleaning assignments.
• Sets and clears dining room tables. Maintains work stations.
• Follows proper food handling techniques and maintain standards of quality for all dining areas.

The beautiful restaurants at Emerald Heights, are the highlight of the campus.
We are seeking Servers with a positive attitude and love for hospitality. We are pretty flexible with your schedule and have several different shifts to choose from. The Independent Dining Room Server is responsible for table service in the residential dining rooms. We run and operate just like any restaurant, except, you are working with independent residents that LIVE on our campus.
Pay: $20.00 - $21.50

We offer:
100% paid medical, dental and vision, employer paid life insurance and AD&D for employees working 30+ hours/week (Option to buy-up if desired). In addition, we offer a Flexible Spending account for medical and childcare reimbursements with a $500.00 rollover feature (No Rollover on childcare) AND the option to purchase Long Term disability insurance. Eligibility begins the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 403(B) plan (Eligibility on 403b – 20+ hours per week) – We match 50 cents for every dollar saved up to 10% of your annual salary. Matching begins the first of the quarter following 1 year of employment. Full-time employees are eligible to accrue up to 16 paid time off days, 6 paid holidays and 3 personal days. Pro-rated paid time off is available to part-time employees.
