Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead our Signature Dining Team, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our senior residents. You will mentor staff, uphold service standards, and ensure meals are attractively presented and served safely.

The role requires extensive food-service leadership, a strong commitment to customer service, and collaboration with residents, families, and vendors while maintaining regulatory compliance and budget awareness.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years food service experience, including 3 years of previous dining room management.
• Experience in both restaurant and senior living settings preferred.
• Strong commitment to customer service and desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Must read, comprehend, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, team members and vendors.
• Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must meet health-related/food handling requirements per local/state regulations.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid credentials
• Maintain Food Handlers credentials
• Maintain annual Continuing Education Credits
• Able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Aufgaben

• Hire, train, direct, coach, and evaluate all dining room team members; assist with back-of-house hiring and training.
• Develop and train dining room staff on service fundamentals and company standards to ensure exemplary customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a Do Whatever It Takes Attitude and actively participate in dining room service.
• Create and monitor dining room schedules; assign daily tasks for efficient service across locations.
• Ensure staff maintain professional conduct and customer-service focus at all times.
• Administer policies and programs through training, communications, and updates; conduct training meetings.
• Operate dining room within budgetary guidelines; ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and state guidelines.
• Serve on the Community Management Team and assist the Executive Director with other duties as needed.
• Train staff on menu knowledge, dietary options, and allergy awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining/kitchen areas and equipment.
