Job summary

Quail Park of Lynnwood / Living Care Lifestyles is hiring a Lead Dining Room Server to manage meal service for seniors. You will greet residents, assist in seating, and ensure meals are presented attractively while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in food service with 1 year in dining room leadership, plus CPR/First Aid and Food Handler credentials. Benefits include medical, retirement matching, paid holidays, and team meals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years food service experience, including 1 year of prior dining room management.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, team members and vendors.
• Must maintain current CPR/First Aid credentials and Food Handler credentials.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-meal meetings and serve in dining room sections.
• Assist in seating residents and ensuring attractive meal presentation.
• Maintain accurate meal records and report unusual occurrences to Supervisor.
• Train dining room staff and support scheduling and budget adherence.
