Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a server to courteously serve meals in the dining room and assist residents with menu selections. You will provide beverages, help with tray service, and ensure proper cleanup and setup after meals in a luxury senior living environment.

Role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Harmony offers 401k, benefits packages, training, and career laddering across 45+ locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must stand for extended periods.
• Must maintain a clean uniform and personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and assist with meal service cleanup.
• Assist residents with menu selections.
• Provide beverage service.
• Maintain dining room and kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding release of resident information.
• Interact politely with residents, guests, staff and supervisors.
