Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the General Services Team in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. The role involves managing a high volume of calls, coordinating schedules, creating and processing work orders, and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

The position emphasizes organization, multitasking, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment, with compensation of $18.35-$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data entry and administrative support preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling or work order management systems preferred.
• Previous administrative, dispatching, or customer service experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Schedule service requests and coordinate appointments for General Services departments.
• Create, process, and maintain work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain accurate records and support daily administrative office operations.
• Ensure work orders are completed and closed in a timely manner for accurate billing.
• Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced team environment.
• Communicate effectively with staff, departments, and customers to resolve requests promptly.
