Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors quality, safety, and portion control; conducts QA audits.
• Negotiates and signs food service agreements with vendors; manages budgets.
