Sinceri Senior Living in Twin Falls, Idaho, seeks a dedicated food service professional to support the Food Services Director in daily operations for our residents. The role emphasizes careful food ordering, preparation, delivery, and sanitation in line with health regulations, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff, maintaining equipment and work areas, and ensuring nutritious, appetizing meals for residents with any dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Must relate positively to residents and families and work with staff and vendors.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Regular, reliable attendance required.
• Must meet state health requirements and obtain Food Handlers Permit if required.

Responsabilités

• Help Food Services Director schedule staff and orient new staff.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and areas are clean, safe and orderly.
• Adhere to infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Prepare nutritious meals and present food attractively; accommodate dietary needs.
• Attend required in-service trainings and ensure residents' rights compliance.
