Sinceri Senior Living is hiring a Food Service Manager to lead the kitchen operations in our Pennsylvania community. The role includes staffing, menu planning, ordering, sanitation, and ensuring residents receive nutritious meals with high service standards.

You will supervise dietary staff, manage inventories, and coordinate with care teams to meet dietary needs while maintaining compliance with health regulations. This position emphasizes team leadership and resident-centered service.

Qualifikationen

• Formal training in food service management or culinary arts is required.
• Ability to relate positively to residents, families, staff and vendors.
• Commitment to full-time attendance and reliable reliability.
• Must meet health requirements.
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• One+ year supervisory experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Schedule staff, supervise and train dietary staff; recruit and select; communicate policies.
• Plan menus in coordination with care staff as needed.
• Ensure meals follow menus, are nutritious, appetizing and well presented.
• Maintain food storage, inventory, and cost controls within budget.
