Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a compassionate food service p rofessional to support the Food Services Director in Lakewood, NJ. You will assist with meal preparation, delivery, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen that meets health regulations.

You will work in a resident-centered environment with opportunities for growth and a strong team culture. Must meet health requirements and have culinary training or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary arts training or equivalent experience preferred.
• Relate positively to residents and families, and work with staff and vendors.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and public.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
• Meet state health requirements and obtain Food Handlers Permit as required.

Responsabilités

• Help set staff schedules with the Food Services Director and orient new staff.
• Prepare and present nutritious, appetizing meals; accommodate dietary needs.
• Ensure all utensils, dishes, equipment and work areas are clean and safe.
• Attend required in-service trainings and uphold infection control procedures.
• Comply with regulations regarding residents’ rights and safety.
