Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations and established policies.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed by all personnel.
• Follow Infection Control Precautions in daily tasks.
• Assist and direct daily or scheduled cleaning duties per policies.
• Maintain department cleanliness and proper equipment and supplies.
• Report hazardous conditions or equipment to Food Service Director.
• Assist in maintaining sanitation of food storage areas.
