• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 2 to 5 year’s cooking experience in LTC or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reads menu and prepares food according to recipes and portion sizes.
• Cooks and serves meals to residents and guests.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards in all food preparation areas.
• Coordinates with other staff to manage food production and minimize waste.
• Prepares, seasons and cooks a variety of foods per menu and SOPs.
