Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation and cooking according to recipes, menus, and dietary needs.
• Assist in menu planning to meet residents' dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and food safety in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and receiving supplies.
• Engage with residents to understand preferences and accommodate requests.
• Collaborate with dietitians and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Keep accurate records of temperatures, preparation times, and sanitation.
