Qualifications

• Food Manager Certification, or ability to obtain, is required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals meeting standards.
• Ensure dishes meet dietary needs and safety procedures.
• Coordinate meal production with serving hours.
• Document temperature logs and cleaning schedules when required.
• Assist with training of new kitchen staff.
• Maintain food temperatures and sanitation per policy.
• Communicate with residents' families about dietary considerations.
