Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry or full-service restaurant cooking.
• Ability to prepare and follow Holiday recipes.
• Effective communication in English and excellent customer service skills.
• Sanitation and safe food-handling knowledge.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare nutritious, appetizing meals for residents.
• Review menus and follow recipes while maintaining portion control.
• Set up serving carts and ensure timely, attractively plated meals.
• Adhere to proper food storage, labeling and dating procedures.
• Maintain logs for refrigerator, freezer, and production sheets.
• Clean and sanitize areas per standards; focus on resident satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
