Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans, ensuring nutrition and resident preferences.
• Meal Service: Serve meals promptly with high quality, portions, and presentation.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Keep kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary per safety procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Dietary Manager and staff; assist in training new kitchen staff.
• Inventory Control: Help track food supplies; report shortages or orders.
• Resident Engagement: Respond to dietary requests and accommodate preferences.
• Regulatory Compliance: Follow health regulations and proper sanitation practices.
