Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cooking experience in senior living, healthcare, or restaurant setting preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to follow recipes and meal plans.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans, ensuring nutrition and resident preferences.
• Meal Service: Serve meals timely with quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen environment per safety rules.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Dietary Manager and staff; assist in training.
• Inventory Control: Help track supplies and report shortages.
• Resident Engagement: Accommodate dietary requests and resident preferences.
