• Two years’ experience of institutional cooking, prep cooking or kitchen work preferred.
• Hepatitis A vaccine may be required if working within St. Louis County.
• Ability to plan, organize, interpret, make independent decisions and direct work of employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meals according to menus and recipes for residents/customers.
• Prepares meals with quality flavor, texture, and presentation; tests foods for quality.
• Prepares appropriate portions and quantities per standardized production menus.
