Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dining services across skilled nursing and memory care neighborhoods. You will assist residents with meal choices, set up dining areas, serve meals at proper temperatures, and help with cleanup while following sanitation, safety, and HACCP procedures.

The role requires basic cooking skills and a willingness to obtain required food safety certifications; prior dietary aide experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of dietary aide experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to follow recipes and diet orders.
• Willing to obtain required certifications (food safety).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with food and beverage choices per dietary orders.
• Set up dining areas, serve meals, and ensure proper temperatures.
• Clean dining areas, bussing tables, and restocking supplies.
• Follow HACCP documentation and infection control procedures.
