Sagora Senior Living, Brayden Park in San Angelo, TX is hiring a Cook to provide high-quality meals for residents across independent living, assisted living and memory care. You’ll prepare à la carte items, monitor stock, and maintain sanitation while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
• Must have skills in preparing specialized dishes for specific diets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items and specials.
• Monitor stock and assist with inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
• Assist with training of Culinary team members.
• Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation.
• Serve meals to residents promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner.
