Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents across our independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen dedicated to residents-first service.

The role requires 1+ years in a commercial kitchen, ServSafe and Food Handler’s permits, and strong communication with residents, families, and staff. Sagora emphasizes career growth and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items.
• Monitor stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
• Assist with training of all Culinary team members.
• Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation.
