Monarch Communities is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for our senior living residents, their families, and guests. Report to the Director of Culinary Services; responsibilities include following recipes, menu planning, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification required or able to obtain it.
• At least 1 year of job-related experience including food prep and menu items.
• High school diploma or GED is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality meals.
• Ensure dietary needs are met, incl. texture-modified foods.
• Maintain records, ensure HACCP compliance and proper storage.
