Qualifications

• Experience cooking in restaurant or senior living environments preferred.
• Ability to adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify cleanliness, sanitation and operational organization at all times.
• Adhere to nutritional/dietary criteria and prepare diets as required.
• Produce and serve menu cycle programs per Policy and Procedure.
• Demonstrate speed, accuracy and efficiency in cooking.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cooking preparation and production.
• Assist with serving meals and ware washing as necessary.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service and suggest improvements.
• Represent the community in a warm, inviting manner to support marketing.
