Qualifikationen

• Previous cooking or food-service experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, assisted living, or long-term care is a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes, menus, portion guidelines, and dietary instructions.
• Knowledge of proper food-handling and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus, recipes, and dietary requirements.
• Follow proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served according to scheduled meal times.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Monitor food temperatures and maintain appropriate food-handling practices.
• Assist with inventory, food storage, labeling, and rotation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area throughout the shift.
• Properly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food-preparation areas.
• Complete closing duties, including cleaning, sanitizing, storing food properly, and securing the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with Dining Services leadership and team members.
• Respond professionally to resident and team member needs.
