Regency Oaks in Clearwater, FL is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Manager to lead our dining team serving senior residents. You will supervise dining room appearance, coordinate seating, and ensure smooth service in a resident-centered environment.

The role requires at least two years leading server/trainer experience, strong leadership, and availability seven days a week. We offer tuition reimbursement, full benefits, and a supportive team dedicated to extraordinary impressions.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years lead server/trainer experience in fine dining, club, hotel, or similar.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Willing to work seven days per week.
• Ability to interpret menus and supervise dining service.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise dining room appearance and server stations.
• Coordinate seating for residents and guests.
• Schedule staff and check standards are met.
• Train dining room staff including safety procedures.
• Record meal counts, reservations and charges; knowledge of POS.
• Consult with Dining Room Manager on dining room status.
• Assign side-work before and after shifts.
• Check supplies like linen and paper goods.
