Job summary

You will report to the Culinary Supervisor or Culinary Service Director and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of cook experience in hospitality or dining.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and safe food handling.
• Familiar with sanitation techniques and regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook, prepare, and plate meals according to recipes and portions.
• Maintain clean, sanitized food service areas daily.
• Set up stations and gather supplies for daily service.
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to supervisors.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with deliveries and storage as needed.
• Support the Culinary team under the Director.
