The role emphasizes sanitation, accurate record keeping, and compliance with health standards. You will work within the Culinary Department to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience as a cook in the hospitality industry, fine dining preferred.
• Working knowledge of dining etiquette, food handling techniques, and general cooking practices.
• Knowledge of proper food service sanitation techniques.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Cook, prepare, and plate meals for residents, following recipes, portions, and presentation specs.
• Ensure food service areas are sanitized daily and stations are clean with safe practices.
• Set up stations, gather supplies, and manage inventory for daily services.
• Notify supervisor of shortages to minimize waste and maintain quality.
• Review residents' dining restrictions and adhere to them.
