The role requires a High School diploma or GED and about two years in a food service setting. You will follow approved menus, assist in cost control, and support a resident-centered dining experience while upholding Salemtowne’s culture.

• Minimum 2 years’ cook or food service experience, preferably in high-volume settings.
• Knowledge of food preparation methods and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure food temperatures meet safety guidelines and log results.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen areas per health department standards.
• Prepare meals using approved menus and recipes.
• Control costs by proper storage and reducing waste.
• Suggest menu improvements and better presentation.
• Assist with special meals for meetings and events.
