Sagora Senior Living in Graham, TX is hiring a full-time Cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents across independent, assisted living, and memory care communities.

You will stock monitor, maintain cleanliness, and follow established recipes while delivering warm, friendly service. Previous kitchen experience is preferred; ServSafe and state Food Handler permits are required, with opportunities to grow within Sagora's caring team.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
• Experience in preparing specialized dishes for specific diets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items.
• Monitor stock and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
• Assist with training of Culinary team members.
• Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation.
• Serve meals to residents promptly and with friendly service.
