Sagora Elison Assisted Living & Memory Care in Graham is seeking a Server to join the Culinary team. You will help with setup, meal prep, serving, and cleanup, and ensure residents receive timely food and beverages for an excellent dining experience.

Ideal candidates communicate well in English, are caring, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced senior living environment. This full-time role offers team-centered care and opportunities for growth within Sagora.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, read, write and speak English.
• Caring, organized and able to multitask in a dining setting.
• Team-oriented with focus on Residents First and quality care.
• Experience in serving or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining area, assist with meal prep, and clean up after meals.
• Take orders and ensure residents receive meals and beverages timely.
• Maintain a clean and service-ready dining room and assist with kitchen deep-cleaning on a monthly basis.
• Deliver meals to resident apartments as needed and support residents and families.
