Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years cooking and food preparation experience in a kitchen environment.
• Experience with menu planning, dietary requirements, and kitchen safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items per planned menus and recipes to ensure high-quality meals.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstation and comply with HACCP standards.
• Coordinate with Dining Services leadership on menu changes and substitutions.
• Ensure proper portion sizes, food temperatures, and timely service.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and manage inventory.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
