Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to greet guests, manage calls, relay messages, and provide general information. The role includes supporting dining operations, updating resident lists, and coordinating appointments to ensure a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to maintain organized front desk operations. This is a team-focused position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years customer service experience and/or training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, residents, and employees and handle external/internal calls.
• Take complete messages with relevant information and relay to recipient.
• Greets residents and visitors and provide directions and information.
• Collate brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepare meal tickets for staff and tally meal counts for dining staff.
• Update Resident Phone List, Roster, Move-In/Move-Out Register, and logs daily.
