Job summary

Gallaher Signature Living - Laurel Heights in Moorpark, CA is seeking a Concierge to act as the community’s front-of-house ambassador, delivering a welcoming, boutique living experience while supporting resident safety and communication.

This non-clinical role requires discretion, professionalism, and alignment with Title 22 RCFE regulations and CCRC policies. Candidates should be service-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of handling emergencies calmly.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or senior living.
• Ability to communicate effectively with older adults, families, and staff.
• Ability to follow written policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Serve as a point of contact for general inquiries and directions.
• Monitor access, maintain logs and front desk documentation.
• Communicate resident needs to appropriate departments promptly.
• Respond to emergencies per established procedures.
