Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families warmly and professionally.
• Answer and route calls, take accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment and data entry tasks.
• Manage appointments, mail, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
