Morada Senior Living is hiring a Concierge for our Houston community. You will greet guests, residents, and employees, answer calls, relay messages, and provide general information.

Qualifications

• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and reception duties.
• Takes complete messages and communicates to recipients.
• Greets residents and visitors; provides directions.
• Organizes brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepares meal tickets and tallies meal counts for staff.
• Updates daily resident phone list and move-in/out registry.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members.
• Keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Distributes mail to residents and staff.
• Maintains resident forms for credits.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
