Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in general office procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and route messages.
• Greet visitors and assist residents and guests.
• Coordinate resident services with Maintenance/Housekeeping.
• Provide administrative support including typing, filing, scheduling appointments.
• Assist with recruitment by posting ads and screening applicants.
• Maintain inventories and order supplies.
• Identify and report safety hazards and ensure a safe environment.
