Job summary

Town Village Vestavia Hills is seeking a dedicated Concierge to provide clerical support, greet residents, answer calls, and coordinate services within a senior living community.

You will assist with scheduling, vendor coordination, and recruitment tasks while maintaining a welcoming lobby and professional appearance. A high school diploma and hospitality or office experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Experience with general office procedures and common software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; strong written communication.
• One year of office or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and relay messages accurately.
• Greet visitors and sign registers; route them appropriately.
• Assist residents with information, activities, and signing out when they leave.
• Support Wellness Director with scheduling appointments and transportation as needed.
• Maintain lobby and reception area in a neat, professional manner.
• Provide administrative support: typing, filing, reports, scheduling, vendor communications.
• Schedule work orders and coordinate with Maintenance/Housekeeping.
• Assist with recruitment tasks: posting ads, screening, references, interviews.
