• Must have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond quickly to alerts.
• Handle mail and maintain the business center.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
