Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, seeks a friendly Concierge for a premier senior living community in Beverly Hills. You will greet residents and guests, fulfill requests, arrange tours, answer a multi-line phone, and provide clerical support to the administrative staff in line with our mission and values.

This temporary part-time role runs Friday through Monday, 3pm–8pm. The ideal candidate delivers excellent customer service, is proficient with MS Office, and works well

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 2 years hospitality or senior living experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computer and MS Office applications.
• Background check and health screening required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls.
• Arrange tours of the property and assist with resident requests.
• Provide clerical support to administrative staff.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment and support teamwork.
