Oakmont Management Group, Irvine-based, is seeking a Concierge for Ellore Senior Living in Santa Clara. This part-time role involves greeting visitors, handling resident requests, tours, and answering multi-line calls.

Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and hospitality experience is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent customer service are required; background checks and health screenings will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of hospitality or senior living experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
