Oakmont Management Group is seeking a friendly Concierge for a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00a–4:30p, in California. The position emphasizes exceptional resident and guest service, answering calls, and coordinating tours while maintaining safety and a welcoming environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, strong MS Office skills, and at least 2 years in hospitality or senior living preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred two years in hospitality or senior living.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents, families, staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist residents and guests with requests.
• Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls professionally.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Process mail and manage business center activities.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Foster teamwork across departments.
