Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to welcome guests, residents, and team members, manage calls, messages, and provide general information. The role supports reception, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks in a senior living community.

The position emphasizes customer service experience, a courteous demeanor, and the ability to coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth experience for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years customer service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and reception duties; conveys messages to the right recipient.
• Greets residents and visitors; answers inquiries and provides directions.
• Maintains the Resident Phone List, roster, move-in/move-out register, and sign-in logs.
• Shops and compiles brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepares meal tickets and tallies meal counts for dining staff.
• Maintains desk, entry area, and mail distribution; organizes work space.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members (hairdresser, transport, etc.).
• Keeps forms for credits and adheres to company policies.
