MorningStar of Billings is seeking a Dining Room Server for PRN shifts in a senior living setting. The role supports high-quality meals, accurate order communication, and gracious resident service during scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be present in dining room for full meal service.
• Assist special functions as scheduled.
• Maintain high cleanliness, hygiene, and a sanitary and infection-free environment.
• Oversight of bistro areas as directed – food presentation, cleanliness, stock supplies, beverages, etc.
• Know the specials of the day and how they are prepared and presented.
• Learn resident names, dietary needs, requests, likes and dislikes.
• Serve hot food hot and cold food cold.
• Participate in the Quality Assurance Committee as directed.
• Sanitize tables and chairs, reset tables, and vacuum floor after each meal.
• Attend trainings, orientation, and mandatory meetings.
• Demonstrate core values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
