MorningStar Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge at our Portland community. You will greet visitors, respond to inquiries, answer phones, and help with mail and clerical tasks while upholding resident rights and community policies.

The role emphasizes compassion, courtesy, and teamwork to support our residents and families in a caring environment. Weekend schedule is Saturday-Sunday, 12pm-8pm, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience at a front desk or reception is preferred.
• Typing, filing, and handling office equipment.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and families, provide non-confidential information.
• Answer the telephone with the appropriate community greeting.
• Sort mail and distribute to departments.
• Type and file correspondence and information as needed.
