Ivy Park at Laguna Woods, a premier senior living community, seeks a Concierge to greet residents and guests, answer phones, and fulfill resident requests with care. The role includes arranging property tours, clerical support, and ensuring safety and smooth operations in a hospitality-focused environment.

Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, a high school diploma, and at least two years in hospitality or senior living.

Qualifications

• Must provide exceptional customer service and professional demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to operate a computer and basic MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with a welcoming manner.
• Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls promptly.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Manage business center mail and package processing.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Foster teamwork and cooperation across departments.
