Ivy Park at Santa Rosa is seeking a Concierge to greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, arrange tours, and provide clerical support to staff. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service in a senior living setting, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities include answering calls, monitoring alerts, handling mail, and maintaining a welcoming, secure environment. Ideal candidates have hospitality experience and strong communication skills, in a team-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of experience in hospitality or senior living.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication with employees, residents, and families.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.
• Company may require vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record and direct calls professionally.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to calls promptly.
• Effectively manage the business center and mail processing.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
