Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge in Mountlake Terrace, WA. You will greet guests, assist residents and families, and support sales tours with a professional, service-oriented approach.

The position is part-time (Wed, Fri, Sun 1:30pm-7:00pm) with a pay range of $19.50–$20.00/hour (DOE). A positive attitude and strong communication are essential to reflect MBK’s mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality or front-desk roles preferred.
• Must pass background clearance, health screening and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors and prospects kindly and professionally.
• Direct inquiries, coordinate tours and provide a smooth front-desk experience.
• Answer calls promptly, relay messages and connect to the right team member.
• Support daily activities and maintain an organized, welcoming reception area.
• Follow safety guidelines and MBK policies in all interactions.
